Compassion, sympathy, love, care, are all phrases that we worth very much. We desire to be all these to others. Love others. Be compassionate to others. Treatment for other individuals and be sympathetic to others. Why not to ourselves?
Why will not we demonstrate a lot more compassion to ourselves? This seems odd but this is true. We treat ourselves shabbily several times. We will perform even if we are lifeless tired.
