Hello Neighbors,

Does anyone know the schedule to build a soundwall south of Harlow bridge?, I was so disappointed to see it started north of harlow bridge first. This neighborhood has been here for 15 years longer. the noise is driving me crazy, my whole house shakes in the day and night. my back yard is so loud that the deck is useless for any entertaining.I can't move. All the homes that back up to I-5 have the same issue....I happen to be on the corner of I-5 and harlow rd making it even worse. If anyone has any information about this ...or who to call please let me know
