Topics of discussion:
- Board Recruitment
Kevin created a brief statement on the role of a SEN board member. Would like to create more interest in specific projects. Hoping we can recruit new members in the June General Meeting.
- Envision Eugene
- Kevin updated us. Did not meet it's potential.
- Never did the real work.
- Became more of a focus group with the city manager setting the agenda.
- June General Meeting
- This will be an elections meeting as well as informational. Topics to possibly include:
- Sustainability (Rene?)
- Edgewood Pool (Debbie?)
- Disaster Preparedness
- Pesticide use
- Update on Envision Eugene
- Civic Stadium
The board unanimously voted to support the Zelinka/Brown proposal to save Civic Stadium. (Carla made the motion and Carol seconded.)
