Proposed tree ordinance (drafted up by Kevin, revised by committee).
The committee's vision is that these new tree regulations would apply to non-Goal 5 resources. Adopted Goal 5 resources are regulated separately.
[edit] Question Three: What Staff Assistance?
Review proposed language for errors, other issues, and potential placement in existing code. Review code to note possible conflicts with existing code and possible resolutions. Later, review code to correct inconsistencies with existing code due to changes.
[edit] Question Four: What are the Next Steps?
Sub/edge has reviewed document and cleaned up species inconsistencies (actually due to versions issue). Polish document to stand on its own. Propose to task team for approval. Request a collaborative review by Eugene Tree Foundation. For flexibility, this can be done in parallel with other public outreach.
